When you buy a software the most important part of it is the SUPPORT. DVDvideosoft is a 5 star when it comes to support. They care and take care of their customers. They have always been there for me. Highly reccomend.

I've used this to grab some videos and it does the job just fine until you hit playlists with more than 30 items in them - then it will only download the first 30. I suspect this is what the maker means by getting "improved download" when you buy the Pro version but I can't find any actual statement about that on their web site so... no money from me.
It currently (Dec 2015) ships with OpenCandy optional software installs which can be unselected.
Verdict: usable for basics, be careful during install to avoid PuPware. I will keep looking for alternatives.

First off this software does not contain Adware or Malware! I use Bitdefender Total security and this software is clean. Also it works awesome!! I love it, there tech support is awesome as well when I switched to crappy Windows 11 I had a problem reactivating it on my new laptop.
We're glad you had a positive experience with our company. Your 5-star review motivates us to keep pushing forward.
