Core Architecture & Deployment There are two different deployment models for the platform depending on the organisational structure:

Mobile App: For remote, field & multi-location teams. Employees sign in via biometric capture on their smartphone, which is simultaneously verified by real-time GPS tracking and geo-fencing to confirm that they are in authorised work zones.

On-Site Camera Installation: Custom-designed for corporate offices or factories. It relies on local hardware, including an on-site server, dedicated cameras and smart TVs, to create a frictionless, hands-free entry point that registers attendance instantly as personnel walk through a designated zone.

Artificial Intelligence Processing Engine At its core, the technology is an advanced recognition pipeline:

Facial Scan Process - Biometric Enrollment: A single-time fast facial scan picks out unique features, generating an encrypted digital template thereof.

Dynamic Updating: These templates get automatically updated to ensure they can take account of any change in appearance due to ageing, wearing glasses, growing a beard or moustache, changes in make-up, and lighting conditions.

Spoof Detection: Includes presentation attack detection to prevent attempts at spoofs using photos or videos; all check-ins are guaranteed to be genuine.

Administrative & Integration Layer: Data is transferred immediately to an integrated admin dashboard, giving management direct control over the workforce:
