Forever Diary

Forever Diary is a quiet, end-to-end encrypted daily diary. Each day has a short page of up to 500 characters, and under it you see everything you wrote on the same date in earlier years, with no year limit. It works like a paper five- or ten-year memory book that never runs out.

Entries are encrypted on your device before they are saved, so nobody else can read them. There are no streaks, badges or feeds. It runs in any browser on phone, tablet or computer and can be added to the home screen. Plain text and Markdown export are free.

Free to write and read. Plus ($2/month or $15/year) adds a photo a day, writing on past dates and a keepsake PDF book.
