With Focus Firewall, I can just open my Mac in the morning and get to work, and it works like my safety net. I still sometimes try to check on social media, but it holds me back. I can still pause it and watch videos or check social media during my lunch break, but it resumes right after the timer and reminds me to get back to work. It's great that I don't have to do anything on the daily, it just works in passive mode.
