Said about Flym as an alternative
Because provides an offline feature by free.
kdakdkzxobincewjvj The interface is really slick, it’s open source and lightweight, and supports notifications. It uses RSS which makes it more flexible than the certain sources Apple News gives. It also has a page for viewing all news from all sources at once and a “Mark as Read” feature. Highly recommended for FOSS Android users :D

I started using Flym to replace Flipboard after moving to LineageOS without Google. Since Flipboard isn't open source, I wanted to find a good news alternative that could also handle RSS feeds. Flym fills this need beautifully! Lightweight, fast, great UI, and available on F-Droid!
Everything works as expected. The interface looks very polished.
After exporting Feedly subscriptions to OPML file, importing the file into Flym is a no brainer. Flym pops up the standard file picker. There is no need to copy the file to a specific folder first.
Handy News Reader is a fork from Flym with reading contents from non-RSS web sites as added feature.
