ledge is a self-hosted control panel for operating game servers across several Linux Docker hosts. You run the panel once; small outbound-only agents on your machines do the work, so the panel never needs an inbound connection to a node.
Create customer accounts and provision servers from templates for Minecraft Java and Bedrock, Valheim, Node, Python, Go, Bun and .NET, or import Pterodactyl eggs. Fledge places servers on nodes with available capacity. Each server has a live console with history, a file manager and editor, temporary SFTP credentials, extra ports, cloning, and CPU and memory history from one hour to 30 days. On supported Linux nodes, disk limits are enforced by the kernel through per-server volumes.
Fledge includes optional customer self-service and billing. Sell preset servers or account plans through Stripe, with monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly prices, trials, setup fees and stock limits. Customers can manage eligible subscriptions and, when granted by an account plan, create fixed-size servers from approved templates and locations. Plan entitlements and layered limits are enforced by the API. Billing includes signed webhook processing with retries, provider reconciliation, invoices, refunds, disputes, late-payment handling and configurable suspension and retention rules.
Extensible with plugins: a sandboxed plugin system with a built-in store, permission review and signed registries. The bundled Modrinth Mod Browser (Fabric, Quilt, Forge and NeoForge) and Modrinth Plugin Browser (Paper, Purpur, Folia and Spigot) let customers search for, install, update, disable and remove mods and plugins from the server page, with dependency handling and checksum verification.
Autopilot includes cron schedules with chained steps (command, wait, backup and restart), automatic restart after crashes with crash-loop protection, and a notification centre with Discord, Slack, webhook and email delivery. Backups go to S3-compatible storage with retention and verification. Automatic failover can rebuild a server from its newest backup on another node when a node goes offline; planned moves are also supported.
Security and administration include mandatory two-factor sign-in for administrators, passkeys, signed-in device management, per-customer limits, per-server collaborators with fine-grained permissions, scoped API tokens, an optional administrator network allow-list, and a filterable, exportable audit log. The HTTP API has an OpenAPI description and Fledge exposes Prometheus metrics. Administrators can configure sign-up and approval, email templates, panel branding, billing, hosting settings and customer limits.
Fledge installs with a single command using Docker Compose. It is in active development and suited to evaluation and controlled testing.
