Xahkyen reviewed FlashTray ProI've been using it for a year now and it's just great. It gives you back the simplicity of the Windows classic start menu, since it is extremely light and if you take the FlashTray.ini file from the AppData folder, it can also be made portable. The only two drawbacks is that for certain programs the path of the working directory must be added (Start In field) or they may not start correctly, and that if you have a non-American keyboard (I use a Spanish one) the HotKeys configuration conflicts with the local system and prevents being able to place certain characters with punctuations like á, à, ã, ä, é, è, ë, í, ì, ï, etc.
