Fir & Field is a phone-first web app for contractors, foremen and site superintendents who want to plan and document jobsite work without the complexity of enterprise construction software. It is built around a two-week lookahead schedule that can be viewed as a day-by-day list or as a Gantt-style timeline, with tasks color-coded by status and priority.

Each job also gets one daily site notes page per day, where users record what happened and attach photos, and the page saves automatically. Drawings, permits and site photos can be organized in files and folders by job, and the lookahead can be exported as a Gantt chart PDF to send to a general contractor or owner.
