For the clarity, this app is not from "Poland/EU", it's from "Belarus". The main developer Viachaslau Lyskouski is from Belarus (starting 2023 apparently moved to Poland). Prior to 2023 main webpage for the app was "https://tercad.com" (created 2016-09-23), not "https://tercad.pl" (created 2023-08-22), at the same time he registered as a solo entrepreneur (2023-08-25) hence the domain and country of origin changes.
Check again tercad.com, a business entity is registered in Poland, the application was made in Poland, it's positioned as a Poland entity
