FilmSchedule is production scheduling software for film and TV, made by Marco Bargellini, a DGA 1st Assistant Director.
It does the whole job in one program. Import a PDF script, a Final Draft (.fdx) file, a tagged .sex file or a Scriptation workflow, and FilmSchedule builds the base of the breakdown: scenes, cast, background and elements, ready for you to review. From there you build the stripboard and the shooting calendar, which always stay in sync, and you generate the paperwork from the same plan: call sheets, shooting schedules, one-liners, DOODs, sides, production reports, PDF and Excel exports.
It works with feature films and episodic series. It runs offline on your computer, so your scripts never go to the web. It is available in six languages: English, Italian, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese. Teams can share a project through Dropbox, with a lock that prevents two people from writing at the same time.
One-time payment of $99, no subscription. A free trial is available on the website.
