Filmiway exists to make family movie nights worry-free. When watching films with family, partners, or parents, unexpected explicit or mature scenes can completely ruin the experience.

While parents' guides like IMDb or Common Sense Media exist, they are clunky walls of text with no exact timing or skip indicators. I'm a student solo-developer, and I built Filmiway to change that.

Filmiway provides exact, frame-by-frame skip timestamps and a visual Parents' Guide Timeline Tracker. This timeline shows you exactly when sensitive scenes occur, making it incredibly easy to skip them in real-time while watching on streaming platforms like Netflix or Prime.

Because family viewing requires absolute trust, every single timestamp is manually verified, frame-by-frame, by a human. There is zero AI guesswork or automated shortcuts here. I am coding the platform and verifying the data myself to build a utility that families can truly rely on.
