What is FigMayo?

FigMayo is a platform that creates design system documentation from Figma icon Figma. It transforms Figma files into a documentation site that reflects your library structure, allowing immediate publication from the app without separate documentation sources, and you can even publish it on your own custom domain and share it instantly!

For design systems across multiple libraries, FigMayo can combine them into a single site, facilitating browsing of complex design systems. It publishes component descriptions alongside the component for easy access and embeds Storybook and Code Sandbox links.

Modifications made in Figma are automatically updated when published, simplifying your workflow. FigMayo's component explorer allows quick viewing and comparison of component variants, helping stakeholders understand the component setup and alignment with the production code.

Additional features include custom URLs for each site, creating multiple sites for different brands, controlling access within your organization, and a future documentation plugin for attaching rich text documentation to components for publication.
