It's really simple to use. Just set up an account and add a tiny bit of code to my Google Tag Manager and now my users can easily give feedback without the hassle of emailing us.
I found FeedbackCore really simple to setup and get going with. I used Google Tag Manager to add to my site and now our users can add feedback without having to switch context and fire us an email. This now means I can separate feedback from general emails by logging into the platform to see the specific feedback types. It's also good to see the page the user was on when they wrote the feedback as it gives us cues for where to make our product less confusing.
