What is Factilix?
Factilix converts invoice data into a file that complies with the European EN 16931 standard, in the format the destination country expects: Factur-X and ZUGFeRD as hybrid PDF for France and Germany, UBL for the Peppol network in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Invoices can be entered manually in a form, imported from a single CSV, Excel or XML file, or processed as a batch. Every generated file is validated twice before delivery: against the XSD schema for structure, and against the complete EN 16931 business rule set for content. A file that fails either check is not delivered; the failing rules are reported by their official code instead.
For Germany, XRechnung is handled in both of its syntaxes, CII and UBL: a file in either syntax can be checked against the KoSIT Schematron rules. Generation of XRechnung is aimed at invoices addressed to German public sector buyers, where the format is mandatory. For private-sector German customers, ZUGFeRD remains the default.
The conversion is rule-based, with no AI involved, so identical input always produces identical output. VAT edge cases such as small business exemption, reverse charge, export and zero-rated lines are mapped to the correct category code with the required legal wording.
Pricing is per invoice rather than per user: 3.90 EUR per file, charged at download, with no account required. A monthly plan at 29 EUR covers 20 invoices with account history.
The interface is available in French, English, German and Dutch.
