What is Fable Forge?

Fable Forge by Forgeworks Labs is a solo AI RPG platform where human-crafted worlds combine with AI-driven narration, characters and freeform player interaction.

Rather than relying on an AI model to invent the entire game state, Fable Forge uses structured RPG systems and persistent world state underneath the narrative experience. Player choices, character progression, relationships, NPC memory and other game information can persist as the adventure develops.

Players explore creator-built Experiences with their own settings, characters, lore and gameplay systems, while AI allows them to interact naturally with the world rather than being limited to predefined dialogue or action choices. Fable Forge is publicly playable in Early Access and is actively expanding with new Experiences, mechanics and platform features.
