eway is an amazing CRM alternative for all small and medium sized businesses. Customizable, has lots of features including a professional bulk e-mail module and MOST IMPORTANTLY - it's embedded into Microsoft Outlook, meaning you don't need to learn how to work with a new app! I recommend trying the free version and then switching to premium.
I really enjoy using eWay-CRM. Me and my team spent ages looking for a CRM software running smoothly within Outlook, with a possibility of customization and using just the modules we need (without getting overwhelmed by some unnecessary tools).
