Event Wranglr

Event planning and volunteer sign-ups for PTAs, booster clubs, churches and sports teams. Describe an event in one sentence ("baked potato bar for 100 staff, PTA buys the potatoes, parents donate toppings") and it works out the quantities, converts them into the package sizes a supermarket actually sells, and builds a sign-up sheet.

Volunteers claim things from a link with no account and no password, and can take part of a line, like three of eight bags. Reminders go out by email, or by text for events that pay for them.

Seasons (nine games, nine snack parents) run from one link. Free, with no advertising on any page, including the ones volunteers see.
