esigna

esigna is a free email signature editor that runs in your browser. You choose one of 29 templates, fill in your details and copy the finished signature into Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail or another email app. You don't need an account to design and copy a signature, and esigna adds no badge or link of its own to it.

The templates go from simple text signatures to designs with a headshot or company logo, social icons, buttons and a booking link. You can switch templates at any time and keep your details and images. Besides copying it into your email app, you can get the signature as HTML code, a PNG image or plain text.

You edit right on the signature: click any text to change it, and press Tab to move to the next one. You can add text, images, buttons and dividers, arrange them in groups or columns, and reorder or hide parts of the design in the Layers panel. Fonts, colors, spacing and width are all adjustable. If you already have a signature, paste it in and esigna moves its written details into a template.

Designing and copying are free, and every template is included. A free account saves 2 signatures and includes one paste of an existing signature. The Signature plan costs $19, paid once with no subscription. It saves up to 25 signatures in one account, enough for a small team, and has no limit on pastes.
