EmoFlow information
What is EmoFlow?
Most apps help you either name your feelings or write about them. EmoFlow connects the two. It's a self-discovery app that starts where mood tracking apps (Daylio, Reflectly) and wheel-only apps (Feelingswheel.app) stop, and removes the blank page that AI journaling apps (Rosebud, Mindsera) still ask you to face. You never have to write anything - the journal builds itself. An AI coach selects a technique from DBT, CBT, ACT or somatic therapy based on what you're feeling right now, then guides you through it step by step until you reach relief.
You begin by selecting emotions on a 130-emotion wheel (multi-select, intensity slider), then the coach asks clarifying questions about your specific situation before choosing a technique. The journal writes itself as you go, and each session feeds your patterns back into the next one - so the coach gets more tailored to you over time, not a fresh start every visit. No generic advice. No mood streaks. Just real support in the moment you need it. Session takes 10-15 minutes.
Try the emotion wheel without signing up. Sign in for a 3-session trial of the full coach - no credit card required.
Best for: People who want more than logging - who want to actually move through what they're feeling and see the pattern behind it, without keeping a journal themselves.
