EasyUEFI is described as 'Owns comprehensive EFI/UEFI boot option management functions, such as create, delete, edit, clean up, backup and restore EFI/UEFI boot options, specifies an one-time boot entry for the next restart, or change EFI/UEFI boot order, all these operations done under Windows' and is a Boot Manager in the backup & sync category. There are more than 10 alternatives to EasyUEFI for Windows, Linux, Mac and BSD. The best EasyUEFI alternative is EasyBCD. It's not free, so if you're looking for a free alternative, you could try EasyBCD or Bootice. Other great apps like EasyUEFI are Grub Customizer, Grub2Win, iReboot and LILO (Linux Loader).
LILO is a boot loader for Linux, not a modifier of EFI variables stored in NVRAM which is what im looking for. The windows counterpart would be Windows boot anager which allows loading of Windows at boot time
