What is EasyRD?
An ERD is an essential diagram for visually representing the relationships between tables when designing a database. While there are various ERD tools available, one of them, dbdiagram, has been popular among many users for its intuitive UI and powerful features. However, its paid subscription model may hinder accessibility for some users.
To address this, we have launched the easyrd service, which inherits the strengths of dbdiagram but is offered for free. easyrd is designed with a familiar UI/UX modeled after dbdiagram, making it easily accessible to anyone. At the same time, easyrd is equipped with key features such as collaboration allowing seamless use in project environments. Being free, it is particularly suitable for personal projects or educational purposes.
Using easyrd is very simple. After signing up, you can create a new project and define tables and relationships in an interface similar to dbdiagram. Once completed, you can export SQL scripts and apply them to an actual database. Currently in beta, we plan to continually add new features and improve community-based aspects.
Preserving the strengths of dbdiagram while addressing its weaknesses, easyrd aims to become a more accessible ERD tool. We kindly ask for your interest in easyrd, which strives to create a new paradigm for database design.
