EasyFasting information
What is EasyFasting?
EasyFasting is an intermittent fasting tracker for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, built by a solo developer.
The core fasting timer is free and unlimited. It supports five schedules — 14:10, 16:8, 18:6, 20:4 and OMAD — and users can switch between them at any time. Start and end times can be edited during or after a fast, so a missed tap does not invalidate the record.
While a fast runs, the app shows a six-stage timeline of what the body is doing, from the fed state through the metabolic switch and beyond. It also tracks streaks (with an explicit skip-a-day option that preserves progress), water intake, weight, and a colour-coded history calendar.
Additional features include an independent Apple Watch app with complications, Home and Lock Screen widgets, customisable reminders with quiet hours, short educational courses, and earnable 3D achievement awards.
The app requires no account and shows no advertising. Data is stored on the device and synced through the user's own iCloud, and any entry can be deleted permanently. The interface is available in 15 languages.
An optional premium tier adds full statistics and trend charts, a 30-day weight trend, unlimited history, per-phase insights and accent colours. It is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription with a 7-day free trial, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
