The software supports standard architectural, engineering, and metric scales, along with custom calibration between two known points.
Tools include measuring lines, polylines, polygons, rectangles, and counts, with snap-to-content functionality locking measurements to walls, corners, and edges in PDF vector geometry. Measurements can be grouped and color-coded, displaying running totals for length, area, and count values.
Easy Takeoffs exports annotated PDFs with measurement markups and CSV spreadsheets organized by group. Cloud-based storage saves projects automatically, accessible from any device via web browsers like Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, with no installation required.
