Leads can be distributed as exclusive or shared, with a fair rotation that gives every buyer an equal number of leads over time, and segmentation rules can route leads based on field values such as state or budget. Lead buyers join free by invitation: they receive a welcome email, download the app, and start getting leads on their phones with instant notifications. From the app, buyers can call or email a lead in one tap, track lead statuses, and keep private notes, while sellers manage flows, buyers, and delivery.
