I like that Logos will sync my notes to the cloud on their servers and even on my phone, laptop, and tablet. You’ll never have to worry about losing your notes; they will always be there for you.

In logos, you can add keywords so that you’ll be able to find all the notes that contain that keyword.

E-sword has strong tools on translations and understanding the original texts. Youversion don't have the dictionarys with strongs numbers, but is more based on the community, sharing thoughts, prayers and bible verses. You can read the bible in both of them, but they have two different directions on the "extra features".

BibleRef.com is an ongoing project aimed at creating a comprehensive, free, original, online commentary of the entire Bible. Many people avoid deeper Bible study because they are intimidated. They see the Bible itself as too big, too complex, or too obscure to understand.
