Don't Waste Today is a free, open-source app that will:
- Help you understand how often you procrastinate
- Tell you why you procrastinate
- Give you the insights to take action to "unstuck" your life.

Here's how it works:
Choose when and how often you want it to check on you At those times, the app will notify you to ask if you are procrastinating If you are procrastinating, the app ask you why The app will then show you a breakdown of your main reasons to procrastinate, as well as score you each day you use it
After using the app for a while you'll be motivated to improve your results and get your graph up to 100% procrastination-free.
