"After the Dolby Access 3.15 update, certain features in the Settings for Dolby Atmos for Headphones no longer have an effect on Stereo audio. This is by design to prevent double processing and other undesirable affects by third-party audio-processing software.
The features that no longer have an effect are:
-Intelligent Equalizer
-Volume Leveler
-Dialog Enhancer
Whether these features are set to ON or OFF will have no affect on Stereo content.
Stereo content is any signal that is not surround, 5.1, 7.1, etc. or Dolby Atmos content. Sources that use Stereo content typically includes apps such as YouTube, Music apps, and other media.
Third-party audio enhancing processing will still affect stereo content according to their specifications."
