If you have to open more than one putty session to get to your server then you should definitely give it a try.
I love open source and enjoy using free quality software. This is my contribution back to the community of amazing free open source software that saves the day. Free. No adware. No bugs.. eh well I'll fix them fast.
No installation needed. Just download, unzip and run the exe.
I appreciate all kinds of serious feedback.

Good program! Only it's unclear - can I enter listen (local) IP together with listen port?

Hey Stoic. Thank you for your feedback. Can you please explain a bit further what you wonder?
For instance, in OpenSSH we may enter the parameter: -L listen_IP:listen_port:destination_IP:destination_port I mean this listen_IP as address where software listening input port.
Now I understand what you mean. Thank you for making me aware of it. You are absolutely right in that the edit tab are missing input fields for listening IP. I'll add this asap and post a comment here when I have fixed it.
Hey I just wanted to inform you that I have now released a new version where you can specify the local listen-ip. Please go to https://code.google.com/p/doffensshtunnel/downloads/list to download the latest version (v0.9.26). PS If you already have version 0.9.25 you can simply replace DoffenSSHTunnel.exe with exe file in the new version.
One thing I did notice - on unsuccessful login - the application variable would reset ( I customized mine to point other paths)

Very solid program - wish I found it sooner. I only wish that the clients could be imported and exported with csv or text format.
