What is Docker Commander?

Docker Commander is an open-source, self-hosted Docker management and monitoring platform. It provides container lifecycle management, Docker Compose project and stack management, multi-host support over local sockets, TCP/TLS and SSH, live and historical monitoring, aggregated logs, alerts, RBAC and LDAP integration, audit logging, Trivy vulnerability scanning, and an optional MCP server for secure Docker access from AI tools such as Claude and Cursor. It can be deployed as a single Go binary or as a container and supports Linux, macOS and Windows.
