Directory Compare Pro information
What is Directory Compare Pro?
Directory Compare Pro is a Windows desktop & Linux application for comparing two to N Sources simultaneously. Unlike standard two-way diff tools, it identifies which files are truly different versus which are merely in the minority — so you can instantly spot the outlier across multiple folder sources.
Key features:
- N-way comparison (up to N Sources at once) with colour-coded results
- Local folder, Local Git, Ftp, Web, Github and some Archives, all at once Without d/l or cloning
- Minority-difference highlighting: see which copy is the odd one out
- Side-by-side text diff viewer with syntax highlighting
- Side by side STL viewer with rotation sync.
- Hex viewer for binary file comparison
- File operations: copy, sync, copy-newer directly from results
- Search for similar looking images.
- Filter results: All / Diffs / Same / Minor differences
- Archive comparison (ZIP, 7z, RAR)
- Web page comparison
- Registry snapshot comparison.
- Dark mode and high-DPI support
- CSV, HTML, and JSON export
- Plugin manager And more.
- One-time payment, or subscription (unique bug reports or feature suggestions that get taken up, score you a free upgrade)
