It's an alternative to RingCentral, Google Voice, Quo (formerly OpenPhone), Grasshopper, Dialpad, Aircall and JustCall for small teams that don't want a phone bill that grows with every hire. The Team, Business and Pro plans are flat per month, and everyone on the account shares the same numbers and inbox.

The built-in AI voice agent acts as an AI receptionist. It answers calls 24/7, asks the questions you set and logs the answers, books meetings on Calendly or Cal.com, texts callers a follow-up, and hands the call to a teammate when needed.

Every call gets a transcript and a summary, and the results sync to HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive after the call. Pro adds AI call tags and AI call evaluation. Zapier, Make and n8n cover custom workflows. dialnote also handles IVR menus, ring groups, business-hours routing, voicemail and business texting, with iOS and Android apps and a web app. Calling reaches 90+ countries, the AI speaks 14 languages on the Business and Pro plans, and you can port your existing number in.
