What is Deedly?

Deedly produces a recordable property deed for any US state from a guided interview, without a lawyer and without a blank template you have to interpret yourself.

Pick the deed you need, quitclaim, warranty, transfer-on-death, lady bird, life estate or gift, then answer questions in plain language. Deedly fills in the statutory language your state requires, the correct vesting wording, the notary block your county expects, and the margins a recorder's office will accept.

The packet includes filing instructions for your county: what to bring, what recording usually costs, and the transfer tax forms where a state requires them. You can preview the finished deed before you pay.

A simple deed is $39, one time. Specialized deeds are $69. There is no subscription, revisions after purchase are free, and all 50 states plus Washington DC are covered.

Deedly produces a document rather than legal advice, and a complicated title situation still warrants an attorney.
