DanmarCRM Scan turns paper into clean, searchable PDFs and then gets out of your way. It scans with the camera, finds the edges of the page, straightens it and cleans it up, and if the automatic result is not right you can drag the four corners yourself.
Text on the pages is recognised on the phone, in the background. That makes the library searchable by what is written inside a document, and it puts a real text layer into the PDFs you export, so they stay searchable in any reader on any computer.
It exports one PDF with every page, the images one by one, or a single tall image, in A4, Letter or the shape of the photo, and a PDF can be encrypted with AES-256. It opens and imports PDFs you already have, keeping any text layer they carry. It merges and splits PDFs, adds or removes passwords, puts both sides of an identity card on one page, and draws pen, highlighter, notes and a saved signature over a page without touching the photo underneath. Documents live in folders, and the whole library backs up to a single zip file.
There is no account, no subscription and no advertising. The app has no internet permission at all, so it cannot send a scan anywhere; text recognition and image processing run on the device. A private folder is locked behind the phone's own fingerprint or PIN.
