CutCat skips or mutes marked moments while you watch Netflix, inside the player you already use. Scenes are marked by other viewers, and you can add your own: click where a moment starts and ends, trim it frame by frame, and save it.

When a marked scene comes up, CutCat skips it and shows what it skipped. Here it is a scene marked "Sex with Nudity", with a prompt to confirm the skip was right.

CutCat's settings: language groups like Profanity are muted, scene groups like Sex, Nudity and Violence are skipped, and each one switches on or off.
A marked swear word is muted for a moment while the scene keeps playing, and the viewer can vote on whether the marking was right.

What is CutCat?

CutCat skips or mutes marked moments while you watch Netflix, inside the player you already use. Scenes are marked by other viewers, and you can add your own: click where a moment starts and ends, trim it frame by frame, and save it. You choose which kinds count, so you can skip sex and nudity, mute swearing, and leave everything else.

Nothing is downloaded, and the video is not changed: playback jumps past the scene. CutCat never records what you watch. Sign in with Google to start.

Works on Netflix in Chrome on a computer. It does not work on phones, tablets or TVs, and only skips scenes someone has marked.
