What is Customer Database?
Customer Database App is a free CRM that is easy to use and set up. Custom fields using the drag-and-drop editor lets you decide what information you keep about your customers and sales pipelines. Accessing customer records is always 2 clicks or less away making it super easy to pull up key information and all the history relating to the customer.
Workflows/stages can be customized for each sales pipeline/product you have, these can in turn be used to automate actions such as creating tasks for users, sending emails from a template with merge fields, or sending text messages. Stage changes with the user and date/time are included in the audit history making it easy to see the history relating to a sales pipeline/product.
Boards give an overview of your currently active sales/product pipelines, if you have multiple users you'll be able to see what each user is working on and if there have been any delays progressing customers through each stage.
You can attach notes, files, diaries, and tasks against customers as well as produce documents/emails automatically with merge fields available. An audit of changes is clearly shown against each customer making it easy for other users to see who did what and when.
General setup includes user permissions, date/time formats that can be switched for your location, two-factor authentication, and choosing the colors/icons for your pipelines/stages.
Data can be imported from CSV and the API allows leads to go directly into the CRM from your website/social media.
