Not sure what people are writing but it's working fine for me. I registered for a phone number for Telegram and got a verification code as advertised. They were having issues with sending messages but I talked to support via email and they fixed it within 3 days.

Multiple users are denouncing this service as a scam at their Product Hunt page. I recommend that you avoid this service. Support never replies and no messages are delivered.

What is Crypton.sh?

It's a personal, separate SMS phone number, in the cloud, fully encrypted.

  • Stop corporations from selling your personal phone number to advertisers.
  • Use your number to verify additional accounts on any service such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Gmail and others.
  • Protect yourself from malicious actors stealing your SIM via a swap scam.

Everything is encrypted end-to-end with your asymmetric keypair so it cannot be read even if someone wanted to do so + the encryption wrapper is open source and available to see and use on GitHub.

Payments via traditional methods (via a credit card) and cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Etherum, Monero etc.)
