Free. Has some decent templates, but a little limited. Exports in various formats including JPG, PNG, PSD (Photoshop) and XCF (Gimp). Would be good if it would export to vector formats like SVG, PDF or AI. A little limited in templates compared to Flaming Text (http://www.flamingtext.com)
