Context Highlight

Context Highlight is a Firefox extension that allows you to highlight all instances (within a webpage) of a word, several words, or a phrase that you currently have selected. Right click anywhere on the page and choose "Clear Highlighting" to reset the page.

Simply select the text you want, right click and choose "Highlight Word".

The extension seems to be no longer developed and it isn't compatible with Firefox 57 and later. The extension still works on XUL-based Firefox forks like Waterfox icon Waterfox and Pale Moon icon Pale Moon

What is Context Highlight?

Context Highlight is a Firefox extension that allows you to highlight all instances (within a webpage) of a word, several words, or a phrase that you currently have selected. Right click anywhere on the page and choose "Clear Highlighting" to reset the page. Highlighting again will also clear the previous highlight.
