Contents Proof information
What is Contents Proof?
Contents Proof helps homeowners and renters build a photo-documented inventory of their belongings, organized room by room, for insurance claims, disaster recovery, or moving. Most inventory apps export a generic list — Contents Proof can export in the specific format a given insurer (like State Farm or Allstate) actually wants, so you're not stuck reformatting everything by hand mid-claim. It's usable immediately with no account required, with an optional Google sign-in to save your progress. The free tier covers up to 3 rooms and 15 items with standard PDF export, enough for most claims; a paid tier adds insurer-matched export formats (CSV, Excel, Word, JSON), extra item types like vehicles and boats, custom fields like license plates, and unlimited rooms and items.
