Congress Pings is an email alert service for U.S. congressional stock trades. It monitors stock-trade filings from all 435 members of the U.S. House of Representatives and emails you when a new one posts — before CNBC, before the crowd. No dashboard to check, no manual searching.

Each alert shows the member, the ticker (where one applies), whether it was a purchase or a sale, the disclosed amount range, the trade date and the date it was filed. Filings with several trades list every trade in one email.
