Confirmbee is a back office for small and growing travel agencies that work from their inbox.

It reads supplier confirmation emails for flights, hotels and tours, and fills in the booking for you. Nobody has to retype names, dates or reference numbers.

Every booking sits in one shared tracker that the whole team can see. You can add your own columns and status steps. Payment and ticketing deadlines turn into tasks, so nothing is missed.

From any booking you can send the client a branded confirmation, invoice or quote with your agency's logo instead of the supplier's. Clients can open it through a share link and pay online.

Payment details are encrypted, and each agency's data is kept separate.

Pricing starts at GBP 49 a month for the first agent, plus GBP 4 for each extra agent. There is a 14-day free trial.
