The best and modern color picker app
Very slim tool without overload, which simply picks colors from applications and websites and shows the color code in RGB and HTML. It can be pinned to foreground, so that you don't need to reduce the size of the program that you want to pick the color from.
It has some features which I don't want to list here, and which are not so important for me.
In short, Colorpicker is all I need for determining colors.
Not bad at all. However doesn't seem to have a portable version as stated here (as of version 2.2.0). Missing a few UI enhancements such as sending current color to the 'library' feature directly, via button. Could become really nice in a few versions, but I definitely wish for a Portable version.
