What is CloudByte PMS?
CloudByte PMS answers the question every engineering leader has about AI coding tools: is this actually working? It sits between your developers and their AI tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and captures sessions, prompts, observations, and git commits via a lightweight per-machine sync agent. All data flows to a central dashboard where managers and CTOs can measure AI adoption, detect ghost seats (paid licences with zero usage), attribute cost, enforce CLAUDE.md/prompt standards via a shared Skills Library, and prove ROI with real numbers.
Key capabilities: real-time activity feed; AI insights (token usage, cost, CLAUDE.md compliance); Skills Library for prompt governance; git commit tracking with AI summaries; agent health monitoring; BYOK (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, Bedrock); four-tier RBAC. Works with the Claude Code CLI and tracks any AI coding tool that produces observable output. Not a surveillance tool — it captures AI tool activity, not keystrokes.
