CloudApper Reference Check Solution

Reference checks are one of those hiring steps that take far longer than they should. Recruiters send emails, wait days for replies, chase non-responders, manually copy feedback into candidate records, and repeat this across every open role. It's time-consuming work that has nothing to do with actually evaluating candidates.

CloudApper Reference Check Solution automates the entire process — from triggering requests to collecting responses to syncing feedback into the recruiting workflow — without replacing the HR or ATS system already in use.

Key Features: Stage-Based Triggers: Reference requests send automatically when a candidate reaches a defined stage in the recruiting workflow, with no manual action needed from recruiters

Pre-Populated, Mobile-Friendly Forms: Referees receive secure links with candidate and role details already filled in, making it easy to respond from any device

Automated Reminders: Follow-up reminders reduce non-responses and keep hiring timelines on track

AI Feedback Analysis: Responses are analyzed for sentiment, red flags, role-fit signals, and candidate strengths

Flexible Data Sync: Feedback flows into candidate records, custom fields, PDF summaries, or recruiter dashboards in the connected system

Audit-Ready Logs: Timestamped submissions, role-based access, and exportable records support compliance and data governance requirements
