Oneplus announced in September 2023 that they would be ending this service. The company posted the following on the Google Play Store Listing."We are delighted that you have enjoyed using our app. Unfortunately, due to recent changes within the company, we regret to inform you that we will be discontinuing this service after September 30, 2023. You must back up your data before this date. Your account information will also be deleted from our servers after that day. We appreciate your support and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.Thank you.Onelab"
