What is ClearMyInbox?
ClearMyInbox is a bulk unsubscribe tool for Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Proton, Fastmail, Zoho and any IMAP mailbox. It scans your inbox, groups every newsletter and marketing sender it finds, and lets you unsubscribe individually or in bulk from one screen. It can also delete the backlog those senders left behind.
What sets it apart is verification. Thirty days after each unsubscribe, ClearMyInbox re-checks that sender and tells you whether they genuinely stopped or are still emailing you, so you can see which unsubscribe links actually worked. Most tools fire the request and never look again.
Your inbox data is never sold, shared or monetised. ClearMyInbox is run by a UK company, registered with the ICO as a data controller, stores access tokens encrypted, and has been through an independent CASA Tier 2 security assessment. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time.
Free to start: three scans a month with a 30-day lookback and manual unsubscribe. Pro adds unlimited scans, a full year of history, up to five mailboxes, one-click and bulk auto-unsubscribe, scheduled weekly scans with an email report, and analytics.
