VERY dead in there. The most recent comments for some apps talk about how the extension doesn't work because YouTube has switched formats, which happened like 2012, I think. Same apps are posted 4 or 5 times, once for each release version. Thus, site is not revision aware. In any event, most of the 20-ish extensions (that's all) were last commented a very long time ago, like 3 years or much more. I think that maybe the website has a problem or deeper purpose since there seems to be no activity there.

Yes, it is completely dead. I've checked the recent apps in the "Just Added" section and according to archive.org, these apps were added on 2011. Many of them seem to have disappeared since.
Looks like a good place with a good name at a first glance, but it doesn't work.
