What is ChannelFence?
ChannelFence lets users explicitly block YouTube creators instead of relying only on recommendation preferences. Creators can be blocked from a video's menu, beside their channel name, or by manually entering a handle or channel URL. Matching videos, Shorts, recommendations, playlists, and comments are hidden across supported YouTube surfaces. The block list is stored locally in Chrome and can be searched, edited, imported, or exported. ChannelFence contains no account system, analytics, advertising, tracking, or external server.
