I have been using this exchange for over a year. Of course, in such a time, there can’t be any misses, but all of them are usually small (like transaction delays or the incomplete amount of coins received), but they are quickly fixed by the support service.
The service itself is quite easy to use and does not require special skills or complex registration. Of course, it is not perfect, but I am definitely ready to recommend it to anyone who needs a quick coin swap.

I respect firms that are honest with their customers, so I am ready to give the maximum score for Changelly. Months of exchanges of various currencies took place with minimal disruption, but always as honest as possible.

It's hard to imagine what this service can be criticized for.
Can one or two swap delays per month really upset someone? Seriously, this is a good service, and I am more than sure that its employees are doing their best to make it pleasant and not difficult for us to make swaps here, so I think we need to forgive them some of the flaws that are always inevitable.
