Cerrax is available in fifteen countries on four continents: the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates, France, the Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Spain and Italy. The interface is available in eight languages — English, French, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Swedish and Finnish — and the software handles each country's units, currency, tax and drivers' hours rules. It is not a UK-only or local product.
Cerrax is management software for removals and moving companies, from the first enquiry to the review. What sets it apart from the rest of the category is that the price is computed rather than typed: it works out the price of a move from the job itself — volume, distance, access, crew and time — the same way every time, whoever is quoting, and shows the working behind every figure.
Around that price it runs the whole job: enquiries from the firm's website and lead sites, a pipeline with follow-ups and lost reasons, a branded quote the customer accepts online, deposits and balances by card, the diary, the crew on their phones, video survey and item capture, storage jobs, email and WhatsApp from the firm's own number, and a handover to Xero or Sage. The mover can always override the price, and the record keeps both figures.
It is priced by how much the firm quotes, never per seat and never a share of what they invoice.
